RI Regional Leadership Team Annouces Employee of the Quarter

Westwick House managers, Cheryl Camparoni and Heather Spunzo, proudly nominated Jillian Pastina (MHC) for Employee of the Quarter, October through December 2009. The nomination follows:

The managers at Westwick House would like to nominate Jillian Pastina (MHC) for Employee of the Quarter. One of her biggest strengths is her client involvement. Jill often develops plans and activities to help her clients succeed with their treatment goals. She has taken on the responsibility of a fourth client for several months and has worked extra shifts while Westwick House was under-staffed. Jill is also taking on a new client and has been working on three treatment plans and assessments at the same time. Jill’s clinical skills are excellent, as well as her rapport with the Westwick House residents. She has helped train several new employees and has always been a strong role model for clients and staff alike.

It is for these reasons that the RI Regional Leadership Team voted unanimously to award this honor to Jill. Congratulations, Jill!
