Program Description
Fellowship Health Resources Pennsylvania recently moved to a new building on Wheatland Street in Phoenixville, PA. It provides a bright and cheerful environment for all.
FHR PA provides comprehensive behavioral health services for individuals with mental health and co-occurring issues and serves more than 400 people. Services are provided onsite and in the community. All services are outpatient.
FHR PA is structured around a Single Clinical Home model and includes:
- Outpatient Services
- Blended Case Management
- Psychiatric Rehabilitation
- Assertive Community Treatment
- Neil’s Place – Supported Independent Living
- Housing Assistance
Individuals receiving mental health support live primarily in Chester and Montgomery counties, yet anyone in the Greater Delaware Valley can receive our help.
Janet Stanley is the PA Regional Director. Working with each program, Janet helps to improve the overall quality of service and treatment. Her goal is for Fellowship Health Resources to move towards a new and improved recovery-oriented care for the individuals we serve.
FHR PA incorporates a strength-based approach to services based on the PRISMModel. The PRISMModel (Person–Centered, Respectful, Individualized, Strengths-Based, Mission-Driven) is our approach for the effective treatment of serious and persistent mental illness.
FHR PA staff members are skilled and compassionate mental health professionals. Recognizing the needs of individuals receiving services, they work with consumers to gain control of their lives and to improve their quality of life.
