Fellowship Health Resources opened the Ralph Street Program in 1999 and the Broadway House Program in 2001. Each is unique, with Ralph Street serving individuals ranging in age from 50 years to 75 years, while Broadway House residents span ages 25 to 68.
Four of the Ralph Street residents have been with the program since its inception in 1999 and have not experienced any hospitalizations in that time period. Broadway has successfully “graduated” three residents in the past three years, each of whom is now living independently in the community with the help of outside supports. One of Broadway's graduates gained renewed independence while living in the program, with the reversal of a guardianship decision.
One of the Region’s strengths is its Day Program where each client can express their ideas, learn new skills, explore their community, and have a sense of belonging to a group.
