Maine Consumer Celebrates His Creativity
Submitted by Sherri Grant, Day Program Coordinator

A local Maine company, Community Health and Counseling Services (CHCS), recently made stars of one of Bangor’s FHR consumers. Each month, the Bangor Public Library offers wall space for local artists to display their artwork. This November, CHCS reserved the space and extended an invite to Ralph Street resident Tim M. Tim also receives services through CHCS.
Entitled “Celebrating Creativity,” the art wall features the “talents of people engaged in mental health services.” Tim was excited to display the two paintings that he had created at the FHR Day Program at the opening reception, held earlier this month.
“Celebrating Creativity” runs from November 6-29, on the second floor of the lecture hall.
