Fellowship Health Resources, Inc. Pennsylvania (FHR PA) is conveniently located at 723 Wheatland Street, in Phoenixville, PA. Fellowship Health Resources is a Core Provider of Outpatient Mental Health and Co-occurring Services. Our services are based on the concept of a Single Clinical Home using Recovery Model principles. We offer individuals a broad range of services both on-site and in the community.

- Comprehensive Assessment and Evaluation
- Individual, Family, Specialized Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Couples Therapy
- Group therapy, Co-occurring Services and Relapse Prevention Groups

Treatment
To ensure that services are individualized and specific to the individual’s unique needs, a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation is conducted upon admission. The evaluation is multi-faceted and includes a thorough examination of the individual’s health, psychological, and social situation.
The Single Clinical Home team employs a strengths-based approach to services that is solution-focused and fosters empowerment. Consumers learn to adapt to and manage their illness, regain control of their lives, and improve the overall quality of their personal and social relationships. An alliance, consisting of the individual, any family that the consumer wishes, and the Single Clinical Home team, is established to augment this process.
Asserertive Community Treatment is a team-based appoach focused on hard-to-reach individuals with serious and persistant mental illness. FHR PA is the only mental health provider in Chester County offering ACT.
