FHR PA Receives Genuardi Employee Caring Fund

Fellowship Health Resources, Inc. is pleased to announce receipt of a grant from the Genuardi’s Employee Caring Fund. The grant will help Fellowship Health Resources Pennsylvania continue to operate Neil’s Place. The generous support of the Genuardi’s Employee Caring Fund is greatly appreciated.
Neil’s Place offers transitional housing for individuals who are able to live independently with minimal assistance, and are actively receiving service from Fellowship Health Resources. Neil’s Place offers supportive living assistance such as improving home living skills, employment preparation skills, how to access public transportation, relationship building with family members and the community, and housing support.
Fellowship Health Resources Pennsylvania (FHR PA) provides treatment and support services to adults recovering from mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and other life challenges. Located in Phoenixville, services include: Outpatient Services, Case Management, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Assertive Community Treatment (team approach focused on hard-to-reach individuals with serious, persistent illness), Neil’s Place (transitional housing), and Housing Support. Services are provided on-site and in the community.
Fellowship Health Resources Pennsylvania’s mission is to assist individuals, especially those with mental illness and co-occurring disorders, to improve their mental health, well being, and quality of life. FHR PA is a private, nonprofit organization that invests in the individual and never loses hope in the potential for personal growth and recovery. FHR PA incorporates a strengths-based approach to services based on our PRISMMODEL.
