Fellowship Health Resources’ Raleigh Office Moves To 5509 Creedmoor Road

On April 18, 2011, Fellowship Health Resources’ (FHR) Raleigh, North Carolina, office moved to 5509 Creedmoor Road.  "We occupy the entire building and are very excited about the new space and additional square footage," states Diana Wydo, FHR-NC Regional Director.  The first floor is home to the Raleigh Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) program Building Foundations, and Substance Abuse treatment staff offices.  The Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) program, and the Behavioral Health Outpatient offices occupy the second floor.  FHR-NC will use the extra office space to further expand Behavioral Health Outpatient services, by offering additional therapy groups and increasing individual outpatient therapy sessions.

FHR-NC will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at 3 p.m. to officially mark the opening of the new office space.
