| The Counseling Center at Fellowship Health Resources integrates mental health services (A New Vision Counseling) and substance abuse treatment (AOD) to offer comprehensive treatment. Treatment may include visits with a licensed mental health therapist, psychiatrist, or certified substance abuse counselor. The Counseling Center, located in Georgetown, currently is open Monday-Friday, with some evening hours available by appointment. We currently accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Medicaid, and Medicare. There is also funding for intensive substance abuse treatment for individuals who have no insurance. | The Community Continuum of Care Program (CCCP) is a community-based treatment program for individuals with a serious, persistent mental health diagnosis or dual diagnosis. The program provides psychiatric services, medication management, and case management services (i.e., ADL assistance, financial management, vocational assistance, etc.) Individuals must have their current treatment provider fill out an Enrollment and Eligibility Form, which will be reviewed by the Enrollment and Eligibility Unit (EEU) of the Department of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH). DSAMH is responsible for determining the level of service needed. Once determined eligible for services, the EEU will forward the referral to the appropriate program. Residential Services are currently offered at three group homes. Residences are staffed twenty-four hours a day and offer supervision and treatment for individuals with a serious, persistent mental illness. Individuals are given psychiatric treatment, medication monitoring, recreational activities, vocational assistance, ADL management, and other services in preparation to live independently in the community. Individuals must have their current treatment provider fill out an Enrollment and Eligibility Form, which will be reviewed by the Enrollment and Eligibility Unit (EEU) of the Department of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH).
