Treatment and Services

• Fellowship Health Resources believes that an interdisciplinary treatment approach is most effective in fostering recovery and achieving quality of life.  Individuals can expect assistance in accessing quality treatment and clinical services, both within the agency's programs and coordinated with other service providers.
• Services should emphasize a community-based support system with ongoing assessment in a flexible and responsive structure that continually adapts to the changing needs and preferences of the individual.
• Program Services are designed to maximize the opportunities for success and to assist individuals in making a contribution to their community.
• Integration into one's community in areas such as employment, education and meaningful activity are essential and attainable for all individuals. Fellowship Health Resources will assist each individual in attaining his/her individual community-focused goals.

• The essence of quality is continual improvement and satisfaction in each individual's life conditions in major domains:  living situation, family relations, social relations, leisure, work demands, safety, health, and religion/spirituality.  This continual improvement and satisfaction in individual life is the result of effective collaboration, with responsibility shared by individuals, one's community, services and programs.
